Over
the years I encountered some medleys which managed to combine unusual
songs to say the least, stringing a few Stones songs together is not that
special, but going from Lee Morgan’s ‘The Sidewinder’ to Sonny & Cher’s ‘The Beat Goes On’ is a whole different story.
And combining Thelonious Monk with Bob Marley is simply mindblowing, no other words for it!

Me First & The Gimme Gimmes - Turn Japanese [EP] (5 track of punked up covers, OKish...)
Toshinori Kondo & IMA - Brain War (wild jazz & more, love it! Kondo worked from time to time with Bill Laswell, so you can imagine...)
I went to an record fair few months ago, and found https://www.discogs.com/release/472359-Michel-Waisvisz-Crackle plus some jazz albums. But then I stopped at a stall with 3 for 5 Euros. I took home Billy Connolly's first solo record. He's a funny guy.
