It Happened In Jersey: Part Three!

Jersey comes alive all over again, and all over the state: Camden, Hoboken, East Rutherford, Morristown, Trenton, Stanhope... 

This set skews a little younger (by which I mean the music of MY youth), with the Flesheaters, the Replacements, the Soft Boys, Blondie, XTC, the White Stripes, Guster, Dramarama, and Jersey's own Smithereens. Blog favorites Hollie Cook and Barrence Whitfield are also in the house. 

Songs were performed on WFMU, WXPN, and at Maxwell's and other live venues. "Live music?" you ask. Yes, music was once performed in person by musicians and singers in front of audiences full of human beings, who paid to hear the songs performed in real time before their very eyes and ears. It seems like a long time ago.
